How to Get 12 Referrals in a Record Time

First, we’d like to inform you that the SocialMonkee Firefox plugin is now compatible Firefox 6. To update the plugin, go to the Submit Section, click the Download button and re-install the extension. Then restart Firefox and make sure the Add-on Bar is turned on.

Now back to the main topic of this post… As you probably already know, as a Free Member you can submit 1 URL to 25 sites every day, and as a Premium Member you can submit 3 URLs to 100 sites every day. To upgrade to Premium, you can either opt for the low one-time investment of $47 or refer 12 (active) members to SocialMonkee.

If you’re in a hurry or just don’t want to bother referring 12 members, the best option is to go for the one-time investment of $47. Step 4 – Create a Web 2.0 Page: Building a page on Squidoo or HubPages can help you raise awareness about SocialMonkee and as a consequence refer members to the site. Just make sure the content doesn’t sound too salesy as both sites don’t really like overly promotional content.

Step 5 – Update Your Status on Skype: As you may know, you can now share a status on Skype. Feel free to leave a short message about SocialMonkee and your affiliate link in there. There are of course plenty of other ways to refer members to SocialMonkee, like emailing your friends and colleagues, posting messages about SocialMonkee on discussion boards, write a review and submit it to Ezine Articles… Remember though, if you don’t want to bother, you can upgrade now for $47 (Lifetime) via the Upgrade Section.

SocialMonkee Status Update and I’m Fat!…

SM Status Update:

For Premium Members the site submissions have been backlogged. We needed to move the reports database to a new server, which is now done. You can, as a premium member, login and download your reports that are older than 6 weeks old, by clicking: “Download Reports Older than 6 Weeks”

Next – we turned off submissions, so the queue has been building, because we needed to change the way the system submitted, this is almost done, we need another 2 days to finish and test, then the system will start posting and catch up with the backlog. All will be back to normal by end of this week. Thank you for sticking with us through these ‘growth pains’ that took longer than we planned. We will get there, and soon!

[Advanced Training] How to Get Your Backlinks Indexed Even Faster

Here is a short advanced training video on how Premium Members can get their backlinks indexed in the search engines even faster. As you may already know, Premium Members have access to the RSS Feeds of their campaigns. If you’re a Premium Member, chances are you already submitted your RSS Feeds to ping services like those mentioned on the Reports page: Ping-o-Matic, Pingoat, Feed Shark…

Well in this video we show you how to create a Feedburner version of your RSS Feed and submit it to RSS Directories for faster indexing. This is a tiny bit more work but a very important step if you want your backlinks to be found by and indexed in the search engines as fast as possible. If you’re a Free Member, then you can’t do what’s shown in the video but at least you will be able to see what can be done with a Premium account! Otherwise you may upgrade to Premium now. There are of course plenty more, but you should pick a few ones (those you are comfortable with), bookmark them and next time you ping a SocialMonkee RSS Feed, create a Feedburner RSS Feed and submit it to some of these RSS Directories! This shouldn’t take you more than a few minutes and is really worth doing if you want your backlinks to get indexed faster.

For example on RSSMotron you would have to click the ‘Feed Submission’ link on the home page, enter the RSS Feed URL, choose a category and click ‘Submit’.

On Plazoo you would have to click the ‘Add Feed’ link on the home page, enter the RSS Feed URL, choose a category, enter your email address (consider getting a ViralinBox email account so you can have a unique email address for every site you join), enter the CAPTCHA code and click ‘Submit RSS Feed’.

Note: Not all RSS Directories have been fully tested, and if you can’t find how to submit your RSS Feed to any of them, simply move on to the next one. If you know any other RSS Directory that is worth mentioning, feel free to leave a comment below! We will add it to the list.
